Motorsport Coach Connect exists because finding a good coach still relies too much on word of mouth. We're making that search open, comparable and fair.
Our mission
Coaching is the fastest route to real improvement in motorsport, but drivers rarely know where to start. Recommendations circulate in paddock WhatsApp groups; talented coaches without a network stay invisible.
We give coaches a place to present their experience properly, and drivers a way to compare disciplines, circuits, formats and pricing before they commit. Enquiries are free, and money never changes hands through us.
We're independent of any team, championship or manufacturer. If a coach is listed here, it's because their application stood up to review — not because they paid for placement.

We are not a team, an academy or an agency. We take no commission on coaching fees and never sell leads.
Human reviewed
Every coach application is reviewed by a person. Profiles only go live once we're satisfied with the detail provided.
Safety first
Coaches working with under-18s are asked to evidence safeguarding arrangements. Drivers can report concerns at any time.
